Tea drinking, daydreaming graphic designer and illustrator with a love for all things tactile and hand-crafted, based in the South-West of England. I graduated from Birmingham City University in 2021 with a first class BA (Hons) degree in Graphic Communication, and again in 2022 with a distinction in MA Visual Communication. As well as working on the occasional freelance project, I work at BCU as a Visiting Lecturer on the BA Graphic Design course, focusing on academic writing and contextual studies.
My portfolio consists mainly of branding, illustration, print, and editorial design projects. I'm a deep thinker with research being hugely important to my process. I love working with small businesses and start-ups, and have a passion for projects that focus on children's learning and education; using my creativity as a tool to aid their development and provide support as they grow.
In 2023 I started my blog/newsletter 'Add New Artboard', merging my love of research, writing and design by documenting monthly creative inspiration. I'm also working on opening a little passion-driven shop, producing handmade greetings cards, prints, and artwork both inspired by and aimed at children and families.
I love working on a range of creative briefs, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or projects in mind!
